Taylor Shrader

Director of Human Resources

Taylor Shrader joined the Cotton Collection in 2026 as Director of Human Resources. Taylor is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Human Resources Management. She began her Human Resources career in 2016 with Meridian Health Plan in Detroit, MI, prior to joining Apex Health in 2021. Throughout her career, she has focused on talent management, organizational development, employee relations and engagement, and compliance with internal policies and external laws and regulations.

Taylor enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, as well as with their family and friends.
